    A superbill is a detailed receipt from your therapist that lists the services you received, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • You can pay privately for sessions without going through insurance. Many people like this option for the privacy and flexibility it offers.

    • 53-Minute Psychotherapy Session – $200

    • 16-30 Minute Session – $100

    • 90-Minute EMDR Therapy Session  – $350 

    • 4-Hour EMDR Intensive – $1200 

    Additional intensive hours are available at a reduced hourly rate when scheduled in advance. 

    If you are looking for coaching, it is private pay only, regardless of location.

All payments, including co-pays and deductibles, are made by credit card only. We also accept HSA/FSA cards, but do not take checks, regular debit cards, or payment apps (such as Venmo or Zelle). Payments are securely processed through our practice management software, which will be explained in your intake paperwork.

Please note that, due to professional ethics codes, we cannot accept trades or services as payment for psychotherapy.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Insurance clients: $175

  • Private-pay clients: The full fee for the reserved appointment.

Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments or late cancellations. Clients are responsible for the applicable cancellation fee.
